What is Pacer?
Pacer is a protein and calorie tracker, with a companion app for coaches and one for gym businesses, plus a web app at app.pacerfitness.com.
Which apps are there?
There are three apps: Pacer, for members, Pacer Coach and Pacer Gym. Each also has its own area on the web at app.pacerfitness.com.
Can I get the iPhone apps?
The iPhone and iPad apps are in beta on TestFlight, not yet on the App Store.
Pacer, the member app, runs on iPhone and iPad, in beta on TestFlight.
The web app works today, with no beta needed.
Do I need an Apple device?
No. Member, coach and gym areas all run at app.pacerfitness.com, with no Apple device needed.
Does my log sync between my phone and the web?
When you are signed in, the last 21 days of food, weight, water and body measurements sync both ways between the iPhone app and the web.
Workouts and photos stay on the phone.
Where is my data stored?
Your own log is stored in your private iCloud, or on your device when iCloud is off.
A Pacer account is optional for tracking in the Pacer app.
When you are signed in, the last 21 days of your logs are copied to Pacer's servers so the web can show them.
No analytics or advertising SDKs.
If an app crashes, it can send a crash report that is not linked to you, kept in the EU for at most 90 days. You can turn it off in each app's Settings.
What can my coach see?
A coach sees your data only after your explicit, dated, versioned consent.
Your name, goal and targets; your day-to-day tracking; your latest weight and recent measurements; the weekly review note; and booked sessions.
Never shared with a coach: your progress photos and monthly reflections.
How do I add clients in Pacer Coach?
Add a client by code, link or QR, or by hand.
Where does Pacer Gym run?
Pacer Gym runs on iPhone, iPad and the web.
How is Pacer Gym priced?
Pacer Gym is priced per location, monthly or yearly, and sold on the web only, with no trial. The app shows the subscription and sells nothing.

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in all three apps.
In Settings: under Pacer account in the member app, under Account in Pacer Coach, and in the Account section of Settings in Pacer Gym.
