Pacer isn't a blank food diary. It knows your protein floor, your calorie band, your fasting window, and your exclusions — then does the math so you don't have to.
A central ring fills toward your 200g daily floor. Quick-add cards reveal an inline 0.5×–1.5× portion slider — protein and calories scale live as you drag, and the 1g = 4kcal floor is enforced so unrealistic macros are corrected automatically.
The hero card shows the full math: BMR (2292) + active burn − ingested = net deficit. Its gradient and tint shift across five states — Target Deficit, Aggressive, Maintenance, Slight Surplus, Surplus — so a glance tells you exactly where the day stands.
A live 12:00–7:00 eating window, ticking every second. Pacer knows whether the window is open, closing soon, or done, and tailors its dinner guidance to the moment.
Rate satiety 1–5 after lunch. High satiety? Pacer steers you toward liquid protein — shakes, yogurt — to hit the floor without bloating. Floor met? Coast on a balanced dinner. Short? It tells you exactly how many grams remain.
Reads active energy, distance, and workouts with background delivery. Two offline-safe workout presets — a 6–7 km walk and a strength session — keep your deficit accurate even before the watch syncs. Manual entries are never overwritten by a smaller cached value.
Toggle presets like gluten, dairy, peanuts, shellfish, soy, and eggs, or add your own keywords. Anything you log containing an active keyword is blocked before it counts — so your plan stays exactly as clean as you set it.
Built on SwiftData with CloudKit's private database. Your log lives in your own iCloud account and syncs across iPhone, iPad, and Mac — no Pacer account, no third-party servers.
Designed for iOS 26 and macOS 26 from the ground up — real Liquid Glass materials, glanceable metric tiles, and a tab bar that gets out of the way. Fast, fluid, and right at home on your device.
