Your whole plan,
baked in.
Pacer isn't a blank food diary. It knows your protein target, your calorie target, your eating window, and the foods you'd rather avoid — then does the math so you don't have to.
Open the app, and the day's already added up.
No spreadsheets, no guesswork. Pacer knows your targets and does the math — so a glance tells you where you stand.
See where the day stands
Your calorie balance sits on a colour-and-label bar — maintenance minus what you've eaten — so one look tells you if you're on track, close, or over. Protein leads, with carbs, fat and water right below.
- Calorie balance vs maintenance, colour-coded by zone
- Protein tracked against your target, with quick-add
- Water, and a weigh-in streak that keeps you honest
Targets worked out for you
Set your bodyweight and goal — or let your coach set them — and Pacer turns them into per-meal protein, carb and fat targets. It also reminds you that food weight isn't the same as macro grams: 100 g of chicken isn't 100 g of protein.
- Per-meal protein, carb and fat targets
- Bodyweight and goal → a plan you can actually hit
- Override anything by hand, any time
Watch the trend, not one day
Log through the week and weigh in when you like. Your weight trend, weekly protein and body measurements come together — so one tough day doesn't define anything. You can see the direction.
- Weight trend with a 7-day average and change since start
- This week's protein and calories against target
- Body measurements, when you want to track them
The plan does the math — you just log.
Set your targets once — or let your coach set them — and Pacer turns every meal into a number you can act on. Here's what the app is working out behind each screen.
Your calorie balance reads against maintenance — one glance says on track, close, or over — with protein leading and carbs and fat right behind.
Your plan sets the targets; the week shows how you're tracking — protein you hit, calories in range, and a weigh-in streak that keeps you honest.
Everything a member needs, in one app.
Protein, front and center
A bold Protein tile tracks toward your 200g daily target. Quick-add cards reveal an inline 0.5×–1.5× portion slider — protein and calories scale live as you drag, and the 1g = 4kcal floor is enforced so unrealistic macros are corrected automatically.
Calorie balance, in plain numbers
The hero card shows where you stand: maintenance − what you've eaten = where you land. Its color zones span five states — Under-eating, Healthy range, Maintenance, Slightly over, Over — so one look tells you exactly where the day stands.
Fasting window monitor
A live 12:00–7:00 eating window, ticking every second. Pacer knows whether the window is open, closing soon, or done, and tailors its dinner guidance to the moment.
Dinner guidance
Rate how full you feel, 1–5, after lunch. Very full? Pacer steers you toward liquid protein — shakes, yogurt — to reach your target without bloating. Target met? Coast on a balanced dinner. Short? It tells you exactly how many grams remain.
Apple Watch & HealthKit
Reads active energy, distance, and workouts with background delivery. Two offline-safe workout presets — a 6–7 km walk and a strength session — keep your calorie balance accurate even before the watch syncs. Manual entries are never overwritten by a smaller cached value.
Foods to avoid
Set the ingredients and allergens you want to avoid. When you log a food that contains one, Pacer flags it — so off-plan items don’t slip into your day.
Private iCloud sync
Built on SwiftData with CloudKit's private database. Your log lives in your own iCloud account and syncs across iPhone, iPad, and Mac — no Pacer account, no third-party servers.
Native Liquid Glass
Designed for iOS 26 and macOS 26 from the ground up — real Liquid Glass materials, glanceable metric tiles, and a tab bar that gets out of the way. Fast, fluid, and right at home on your device.
